QEI Applications for both "Certification" and "Re-certification" are available via the application link below. This includes both Inspector and Inspection Supervisor Certifications. NOTE: You are required to submit a QEI Application and choose the Recertification option before you can proceed and begin taking your Online Recertification Exam! PLEASE be sure and choose the correct application type of CERTIFICATION or RECERTIFICATION on your application.

You may choose NOT to submit your QEI Application using our automated Online QEI Application process above. You can download a PDF copy of the application, print the form, complete the form manually and return it to our EIWPF office with the appropriate payment. This option does require additional administrative handling and there is a small fee associated...
