QEI Applications for both "Certification" and " Re-certification" are available via the application link below. This includes both Inspector and Inspection Supervisor Certifications.

PLEASE be sure to select the correct application type, CERTIFICATION or RECERTIFICATION, located on the bottom of the application.


NOTE: You are required to submit a QEI Application and choose the Recertification option before you can proceed with taking your Online Recertification Exam!
You may choose NOT to submit your QEI Application using our automated Online QEI Application process above. You can download a PDF copy of the application, print the form, complete the form manually and return it to our EIWPF office with the appropriate payment. This option does require additional administrative handling and there is a small fee associated.
