The costs associated with the QEI Application Download are as follows:

IUEC Members
(IUEC Bargaining Unit members, Retirees & IUEC Signatory Contractors)

($999 Course Fee + $25 Registration Fee + $25 Handling Fee) Payment of $50 Fees must be made via Certified Check or Money Order and submitted along with completed application. Remaining $999 is due prior to sitting for QEI class and also can only be paid via Certified Check or Money Order.

Non-Signatory Applicants

($1295 Course Fee + $25 Registration Fee + $25 Handling Fee) Payment of $50 Fees must be made via Certified Check or Money Order and submitted along with completed application. Remaining $1295 is due prior to sitting for QEI class and also can only be paid via Certified Check or Money Order.
