In order to avoid having to re-take the QEI Certification class and Final Exam, you MUST successfully complete this Online QEI Recertification Exam prior to the expiration date of your current QEI Certification credentials.

You will have the opportunity to Close and Restart your exam as many times as you wish as long as your current credentials have not expired. Each time you choose to Close your exam and Return Later, you will receive an email at the address you provided to us in your application. This email will explain that your secure login name and password are required to gain access to your exam. Your login name is your email address and your password is your last name (case sensitive) followed by the last 4 digits of your social security number.

When you have completed the exam and you choose the option indicating to us that you have Finished and you will NOT be returning to continue later, you will receive the results of your exam immediately.

If you passed your exam, you will be contacted by the EIWPF QEI staff to proceed with the preparation of your new credentials.

If you failed your exam, please contact the EIWPF QEI staff and we can explain the options available to you.
