Carla Souder
Project Specialist

Before joining EIWPF on April 12, 2004 , Carla took a two year sabbatical to spend time with her daughter, Danielle.

Previously she worked for Northrop Grumman, a defense contractor (formerly Litton Industries) for 21 years. Carla started at Litton as a clerk, and then went on to become an Executive Secretary in the Manufacturing Department. After returning from maternity leave in 1991, Carla was transferred to the Procurement Department and became their Administrative Assistant. After a few years as the Administrative Assistant, she was offered a position as a Procurement Specialist which involved negotiation, documentation and placement of various commodities.

Carla is looking forward to working with the EIWPF staff.

Carla was assigned to the position of Project Specialist for EIWPF in December 2007.
