Liz Belcaster

Elizabeth “Liz” Belcaster is a Workforce Development and Public Affairs Specialist for the Elevator Industry Work Preservation Fund (EIWPF), where she leads national initiatives supporting transitioning service members, veterans, and union workforce pipelines. As part of the EIWPF team, she works closely with the IUEC-Veterans Assistance Program (IUEC-VAP) and the EIWPF Media Team to advance industry outreach, policy engagement, and federal agency collaboration. A recognized leader in coalition building, Ms. Belcaster has over two decades of experience developing and advancing Military Assistance Program coalitions aligned with industry, government agencies, academia, and labor partners. She is a trusted advisor on licensing, credentialing, and veteran workforce policy nationwide.
