Nerses Zurabyan brings more than 25 years of strategic leadership in IT infrastructure engineering, network architecture, and operations management. Recognized for driving high-impact technology initiatives under tight deadlines and constrained budgets, he has built a reputation for transforming complex technical environments into scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise-class systems.

With deep expertise in high-availability server farms, virtualization, fail-over clustering, load balancing, and cloud computing, Nerses has supported both IUEC and EIWPF for over 16 years as a trusted vendor before joining EIWPF as an executive technology leader. In this role, he oversees technical operations and team management, focused on elevating the organization’s technological capabilities, modernizing digital operations, and aligning infrastructure strategy with long-term organizational goals. Nerses is also a proud member of IUEC Local 4 in Boston, MA.

Throughout his career, he has led the design and implementation of enterprise-grade IT infrastructures for diverse industries with demanding regulatory and compliance requirements. His work spans hybrid cloud architectures, specialized data centers, and mission-critical local networks. He has guided organizations through major technology transformations—enhancing redundancy, scalability, and cybersecurity while overseeing strategic migrations to cloud platforms such as AWS, SaaS ecosystems, and high-availability on-premises systems.
